Park Model R-63 *NEW*- Looks like a 12' wide trailer on the outside but has the cabin feel inside! This trailer includes a full bath, kitchen with cooking utensils, coffee maker and TV with DVD player. Has a back bedroom with a queen size bed, and a room in the front with four bunks. The couch also folds out for additional sleeping in the living room. Also has furnace and A/C.
Park Model R-64 – This 12’ wide trailer has full bathroom, kitchen with cooking utensils, coffee maker and TV with DVD player. It has a bedroom in the back with a queen size bed and 4 bunks in the front. The couch also folds out for additional sleeping in the living room. Also has furnace and A/C.
Park Model w/Lofts - R-78 & R-162 – These 12’ wide trailers have full bathrooms, kitchens with cooking utensils, coffee maker and TV with DVD player. They also have a bedroom in the back with a queen size bed. The bed sizes in the loft vary with each unit. The couch also folds out for additional sleeping in the living room. Also have furnace and A/C.
Park Model Cabin #1, #2 – These 12’ wide trailers will have a rustic cabin feel when you walk in the door. Trailers include full baths, kitchen with cooking utensils, coffee maker and TV with DVD player. Has a back bedroom with a queen size bed, and a room with three twin size bunks. Also has a futon in the sitting area. Also has furnace and A/C.
RATES:
These units are located on sites with fire pits that have grills over them (except Popup) and picnic table. There is a two-night minimum (three nights on holiday weekends) for a reservation to be taken. At the time of reservation a deposit of one night stay is required. Check out time is 10:00am and check in time is 2:00pm. These units are for 2 adults and dependent children or 4 adults.
*Cancellations Policy: All Cancellations on rentals have to be 2 weeks prior to arrival date, in order to get your full refund less $5.00 handling fee! All refunds will be given as a Gift Certificate for a future stay at Quietwoods South Camping Resort.
